QA Engineer (Mobile & Web)

Our apps serve children, parents and people typing in nine languages on Android, iOS and the web. You will own their quality, combining hands-on manual testing with test automation.

What you will do

• Plan and run functional, regression and exploratory tests across devices, OS versions and browsers
• Write clear test cases and test plans from requirements and designs
• Build and maintain automated tests for our web and mobile apps
• Check Indian-language input and display: keyboards, fonts, rendering and predictions
• Log bugs with clear steps to reproduce, verify fixes and take part in release sign-off

What we are looking for

• 2–4 years of manual testing of mobile and web apps, with solid test case design
• Hands-on test automation for web and mobile apps, with tools such as Playwright, Mobilewright, Appium or Maestro
• Experience with a bug tracker such as Jira
• Comfortable using AI tools for test design, test data and bug analysis
• A sharp eye for detail and a methodical way of working
• Good spoken and written English, and the confidence to share ideas in a small, dynamic team
• Enjoy working across disciplines, with engineers, designers, language experts and educators

Nice to have

• Knowing more than one Indian language (reading and typing), especially Tamil
• Experience testing apps for children, or accessibility testing
• API testing and running tests in CI pipelines
