Sanskrit Language Specialist & Content Creator

As Lexifyd grows to more languages, we are looking for someone who loves Sanskrit to shape how children learn it. You will write and review the words, sentences, stories and exercises that make Sanskrit (Devanagari) fun to learn, working closely with our pedagogy lead, designers and engineers.

What you will do

• Create learning content in Sanskrit: vocabulary, sentences, short stories, quizzes and game content for children
• Make sure every piece is grammatically accurate, age-appropriate and culturally authentic
• Help plan Sanskrit lessons with our pedagogy lead, following the structure of our existing courses
• Review Sanskrit text in our apps and keyboards, including word lists and translations
• Proofread and give clear feedback on content created by others

What we are looking for

• Excellent command of Sanskrit, with a sound grasp of its grammar
• Experience writing in Sanskrit: articles, stories, blogs, educational or other published work
• A real passion for the language and interest in creating content that teaches it
• Comfortable typing in Devanagari and working with documents and spreadsheets
• Good spoken and written English, and the confidence to share ideas in a small, dynamic team
• Enjoy working across disciplines, with engineers, designers, language experts and educators

Nice to have

• Experience teaching, tutoring or creating content for children
• A degree in Sanskrit, linguistics, education or a related field
• Familiarity with other Indian languages
